i3DTutorials Computer Graphics Workshop- August 2010 Miami, Florida:
Come join i3DTutorials live on Saturday August 28th at the Florida International University (FIU) Biscayne campus from 12pm to 2pm as i3DTutorials hosts its first live workshop in sunny Miami, Florida. The workshop will cover many topics spanning across areas such as computer animation, video game development, architectural and design visualization, web development, and iPhone development.

Come meet the top professionals at i3DTutorials in person this Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 at Aventura Mall in Miami from 1pm to 8pm. We will be having one-on-one conversations on Next-Gen Computer Animation, Video Game Development, iPhone / iPad Development, and Web Development. i3DTutorials will be showing live demos using Maya, 3ds Max, Softimage, Unity, and ZBrush, as well as real-time, in-engine iPhone game demonstrations. Architectural and Design Visualization:
This section will cover many aspects of creating photo-realistic renders and images for clients in the architectural and design visualization fields. We will use 3dsMax 2011 and mental ray to achieve fantastic, professional renders that will exceed a potential client’s expectations. See how to use special materials, shaders, tools, and features with mental ray, an industry standard renderer, in order to create images that are realistic, believable, and eye catching.

Next-Gen Game Development:
If you want to get an insider look on how developers create those insanely detailed levels in your favorite games, this is a presentation you do not want to miss. This is a first of its kind presentation in Miami, and will cover many of the challenges involved in development of assets for games- at the professional level. Come see how assets are created, piped into a game engine, and brought to life in real time. We will be using lots of different software, showing how to use a mixed pipeline, including 3dsMax, Maya, Softimage, and ZBrush. We will use the award winning Unity3D engine to bring everything together and make a real time demo of a game.

He has worked on everything from visualizations and animations for Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne and the U.S. Department of Defense, to advertisement work for Coca-Cola. A professional instructor, Leo founded i3DTutorials, a leading Autodesk Authorized Publisher of training materials for 3dsMax, Maya, and Softimage. 3D artists world wide use i3DTutorials training to keep up with new software and to learn new areas within CG to help them achieve the results they need to exceed their clients’ expectations.

About the i3DTutorials Workshop
This workshop is being provided completely for free. Yes, you read correctly, there is no entrance fee to attend this workshop. Parking is complimentary as well. Due to limited space, we will only allow persons to attend if they have RSVP’d through our online sign-up form located on this website. Registration will be on a first come-first serve basis, therefore it is recommended that you RSVP as soon as possible to help ensure your space at this event.
